The Piano Connection was founded by a piano teacher with over 30 years' experience with pianos and pianists. It exists to serve as an alternative to the limitations of the retail piano industry. Our mission is to protect buyers and sellers from the hazards of the marketplace while maximizing their investment. The Piano Connection reflects our passion for fine musical instruments, the desire to serve in a musical capacity, and the joy of matchmaking! Your piano may be available on the private market, or we may be able to locate it in the retail marketplace. When we make the initial contact with a store and serve as your representative, the retailer is more likely to give you the best price, service, and treatment (without pressure, intimidation, or inflated prices). These instruments from retailers may include warranties, free tuning and local moving, and full trade-up credit. Please contact The Piano Connection before calling or visiting piano retailers. We will steer you to the best sales representatives and register you as a Piano Connection referral, thereby securing you the best prices. There is no charge for this service.

Selling? The Piano Connection can create an economical consignment arrangement, purchase your piano outright, or negotiate with dealers to secure the highest price for your instrument.
